Entretien
Initial application was submitted on University of Waterloo's Jobmine server. After the initial screening process I was selected for an interview. Met with the Engineer I would be working directly under. I had the necessary qualifications and a background in construction so the interview was quick and the offer as well as salary information was given during the interview.

No particularly unexpected questions. This was an entry level position for which I already had experience so after the initial meet and greet and run down of my qualifications the offer was given and salary negotiated.
