It was an in-person interview on campus, which was excellent in a time with so many virtual meetings. It felt like a conversation and they care about getting to know you. However, to receive an offer responses should be well thought and highlight your strengths, as is necessary with any interview.

Short initial phone call interview; interview was not very well structured and interviewer seemed disinterested. Was interested if I had any return offers. Did not ask if I had any questions for them.
