The phone screen interview is a simple behavioral style interview where they want to understand why you want to work there and what your story is. It sounds like they promote heavily within and only want to hire junior people they can grow.
Behavioral questions, getting to know the company. Not very strenuous. They asked if I'd be open to relocation and to a management track instead of the original role I applied for.
