Entretien
I was recruited via my school website. The recruiter called me up and we did a thirty minute phone interview. Afterwards, I was invited in for an in-person interview. There was a tour/semi-interview of the offices followed by four other individual interviews. This included a lunch which seemed like it may have also been an interview (the woman eating lunch with me asked me all the same questions the interviewers asked me. A lot of the questions were behavioral.

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
