I had several rounds of interviews. I was head hunted but my panel of interviewers were not aware of my background and asked who referred me. One interviewer was 5-10 minutes late to the interview. Later I was told I did not receive the offer but good luck in college. Note, I have not been in college for a long time.

Behavioral questions, leadership, tell me about a time you worked with a difficult coworker / project
R1 online, R2 in-person, all behavioral, they expect you to ask a ton of questions and a lot of follow up questions when u share an anecdote. u have dinner with them, lunch with them. they have town cars pick u up.

Make sure to ask lots of questions. It is very easy to be "duped" into thinking that you are doing well, but you have absolutely no idea. Seems like an amazing gig, and they definitely want to hear you stress and talk about the work-life balance.

They flew me out for it and put me up in a hotel and everything. Then the interview was a full day - someone was assigned to greet me, give a tour, eat lunch, and three different interviews getting more and more senior throughout the day.
