One phone call interview and then they flew me out for an on-site interview. Interview was 3 round behavioral with questions in the last interview about their work process and how you would change operations (situational)

1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences. 2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.
