I interviewed at McLaren Engineering in Woodcliff Lake, NJ in November 2023. Start to end was approximately three weeks.
First interview was an HR screening. Second was a technical interview to review the preliminaries of the position. Third was on-site meeting with members of staff to review specific skill sets for position. Ghosted after low salary band was quoted and I countered with national average for this role. Very disappointing experience.

Straight forward. Screen from Human Resources, then meeting with technical team members. Well organized. No surprise questions. Everything was very conventional and people were polite and took the interview seriously.
