Very simple, phone screen, in person round table interview. Very friendly they want to know who you are as a person and how you would fit in the role. Speak with department manager and other managers.

Just answered questions the whole time and gave me a more detailed job description. This was only the first one so we'll see how it goes. My next one is this Friday but the wage given to me is questionable.

Phone interview, then in person interview at the office. Phone interview was easy, in person interview was very casual. However, this company completely ghosted me after. They never contacted me with an offer or a rejection.
