The interview process was lengthy as you would expect for an upper management position in a law office. The interview was formal and informal; fun and interesting; as well as challenging. I met with a lot of top level individuals and was very pleasantly surprised by their candor and their demeanor. It was not an easy interview process by any stretch but they made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Even the Managing Director made me feel as though I could be myself and just talk about my experience.
