Completed a phone interview with a live person. It was very easy and informative. We talked about what the job entailed, and what hours and days of the week I was interested in. I was emailed further instructions on completing my application.

Very average and what you would expect. For roles with more responsibilities and status most likely would have more than one interview and more than likely there will be more than one interviewer
was done video chat through third party but may have changed since back when I hired in. Typical questions , What is your experience, what shift your looking for etc. But was an ok interview
