Extensive screening video call, followed by video interview with person in similar role accompanied with HR Director, then followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and VP. VP made arrogant comment regarding education history and falsely stated 1 certification was not legitimate while in truth it was granted by a reputable organization. The unionized workforce did not greet the management team during the warehouse visit.

interview process was concise and straight forward and well planned. it consisted of a panel of three individuals asking typical interview questions. most questions were concerning prior work experience and expertise.

There are two interviewers, usually Supervisors and/or Managers in all interviews and they typically use the STAR method as a way to measure successes and opportunities. A second interview is generally required.
