first a phone screen than an onsite interview with the manager. The interview was short. They called back with next steps. It was a relatively easy process. They sent the offer and I ended up taking another position.

The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
