Very comfortable and relaxed but not too relaxed. Let me feel less nervous about the scenario. Let me answer whole heartedly. But the main take away is that I felt like I was talking g to someone I knew
The interview process was professional and straightforward. The interviewer asked a mix of questions about my previous maintenance experience, troubleshooting skills, workplace safety, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. I was also asked about handling equipment breakdowns and prioritizing repair tasks.
The interview atmosphere was friendly and respectful, and the expectations of the role were explained clearly. The process was well organized, and I was given an opportunity to ask questions about the position and daily responsibilities.
Overall, it was a positive experience and provided a good understanding of what is expected from a Maintenance Technician role.

The supervisor and manager really knew their stuff! Even though I didn't get the job, I absolutely enjoyed their company and the interview process. Their passion for the business is contagious, and I'm convinced big things are in store for this company!
