Very simple and straightforward . They also ask about career goals and where you see yourself in 5 years. They want to know if you can stay for at least one year as well.
Easy behavioral style interview and i was hired on the spot, just STAR method questions. Easy if you have ever had customer service experience of any kind, so just talk about how you are good with customers and want to learn

Entretien
Everything was easy there was no hard questions. Just behavioral and customer service questions. The manager was super nice and they understood my schedule completely. I asked for part time opportunity and they were willing to work around my schedule.
