The interview process was very simply. The interviewer asked good questions and wanted to make sure you felt like you could see a future at the location. Very much enjoyed the entire process.
Ok, not a bad interview. Nice people. The culture of McDonald’s seems pretty interesting, but ultimately not my cup of tea. We talked at length about experience, the company image seemed to focus on their overall fame as Maccas and not much else when it comes to internal work styles.

3 Level including a case study at the final stage. McD is famous for friendly employees and that was my experience even from the interview stage. Good prep is required!
