Had 5 interviews over phone and Zoom. Told I was one of 5 final candidates and given a timeframe for a response. Reached out to the recruiter several times and never heard back. Completely ghosted. This was for a senior manager communications role.

Resume only. No cover letter required. Offered an interview very soon after submitting application. First round was 30-minute call. I did not get second interview. Questions were on the easy side.
