Applied online, got an email asking me to go in for interview. Talked to hiring manager about expectations and some retail experience, after that was told I would get feedback.

The process was simple, interview was scheduled via email, but arriving for interview was another topic. Very unprofessional, did not acknowledge that anyone was at the counter waiting, and had five employees walk by the line of customers without a single one being acknowledged.

Easy. Lasted 15 mins. I was asked a bunch of questions customer service but was also listening the bulk of the interview. I the hiring manager was very kind Fun and easy.
