Interview was pretty casual, done in the lobby and was quick. The AGM did the interview and it was general questions to determine experience level working fast food, general information about me, and determining how I would interact with people in example scenarios.

How would you greet someone that walked into the lobby?
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
The interview was quick, mainly asking about availability & any prior customer service or hospitality experience. They do review your resume but availability and the number of hours you can commit to is prioritised.

The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.
