Selected for on site interview. First I interviewed with new car sales manager, then the used car sales manager. I was led to believe I had a good chance of being selected.

Question 1
I was told they were not going to do a regular interview - because they did not want scripted answers to their scripted questions. It was one of the strangest, non professional interviews I have ever been involved with. I would never apply for any other position with McDonald Auto Group based on my own experience. They never replied to follow up phone calls or emails regarding the ISM position.
