-Initial interview/discussion with recruiter -Made it through 1 panel interview but the process should 2 panel interview rounds before final decision is made. The interviews include Tell Me About Yourself and behavioral interview questions. -Timing of interviews stretched out somewhat.

In preparation for the Interview McCormick provided 4 questions that they wanted answered in a Power Point presentation. I was to present this to a group of employees as part of the interview process. The interview itself consisted of meetings with 4 different Directors - roughly 30 minutes each. These sessions were then followed by a larger group session where the presentation developed before the interview was presented. Q&A followed the presentation.
