It has 2 stages of interview. The first stage is with the Managers and then the 2nd stage is with the Director. Usually the questions are about your experience and your skills.
It was very smooth, and I perhaps learn new things on how to answer them. The questions asked by the interview also very clear and understandable, makes me feel comfortable to 'communicate'.
