Reached out by the HR in Poland by phone call first and then had one the interview within 2 weeks, got the news of offer in 1 week because they knew I have the other offer already. Fast response via email, there were 2 very friendly and open-minded managers, and giving answers by 2 weeks. English speaking no problem, and better equip with fluent English to communicate with contact points in UK. 3 remote days a week, very nice. The salary was competitive as well. Not much employee welfare.
