The interview process has been excellent, and very thorough. I was put through my paces by a number of members of the leadership team but at all times, I found them polite, fair and accommodating. Interviews can be a stressful situation but I found this an enjoyable experience. I was pleased to see the energy and enthusiasm in some of the answers to my questions, and I think the panel did an excellent job of selling the job role and the company to me.
