Prior to working at McCormick I had 10 years exposure in the same industry working for Procter and Gamble so I wasn't caught off guard by any of the questions.
Great HR Department at McCormick that screens the applicants well.
Interview was great, friendly managers that are excited to grow the company.
Phone interview was great.
1:1 Interview was to the point.
Talked about goals, experience, and what I would bring to McCormick not only as a worker, but as a person.
