Thorough but slow process. I applied on-line for several HR Director roles and was contacted for a phone screen. They have a centralized HR-Recruiting team and seem to not rely much on contract recruiters. Phone interview was great and I was invited out for a day of interviews. Had the chance to interview with senior leaders within the hiring function and from client groups. Provided a good feel for the company and the culture. They scheduled me to meet with an Industrial Psychologist for a half day interview and a battery of tests. It took longer than it should have (from my perspective) to coordinate this. Even after the date was set I had to remind them to coordinate travel arrangements for me (they forgot).

Well organized process that highlighted both the job and company culture. Engaged panel interview teams despite Covid-19 video approach. I felt like the company truly lead with safety and health and made me feel comfortable as a candidate.
