During the pandemic, they did a group interview on Zoom where you talked about why you wanted to work there. They also informed us about what to expect if we were to work there. Then you did a 30-min interview on the phone with the recruiter where you talked about yourself and your background. They would also ask you hypothetical questions, such as "How would you show a kid to point?" If they like you, they invite you into the foundation for "Demo-Day" for about two hours, where they see you interact with a child. You will be watching first for 15 minutes, and then the teacher will watch you interact with the child for 15 minutes. If the teacher likes you, then you're hired! Really simple. And then you'll have to fill in some paperwork the same day.

It was simple, straight forward. Asked why I wanted to work for the company, background info, etc. Discussed pay rate and what I would be doing in terms of working for the foundation
