Received a message via LinkedIn and had a quick phone interview with a person from HR. Then I had another phone interview with a director of the team. Every process went smoothly and quite easy.

The interview started out well, with an intro on how the agency operates and what would be my daily tasks...then it turned upside down when we started talking about the salary. They're basically exploiting juniors for a chance at "experience" and "exposure". I'm so fed up of local agencies treating 3+ years of xp as a junior when I'm certanly beyond that level. Even for designers starting out now I wouldn't advice on starting their career at McCan.

I was called in for an initial interview which went well. I was told later that week that I would receive a call to arrange a second interview. After that I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, when I phoned to find out what was happening I was told by someone in HR that the requirements of the vacancy had changed and they were no longer seeking someone with as much experience, and instead were looking to hire a Junior.
