Hi. I am sharing my interview experience that I gone through 3 months back. I was contacted by mcafee hr with brief my profile is absolutely align with their requirements. I gone through 6 technical rounds with senior people from team including manager, principal engineer, technical architect over team. And all rounds was good and discussions are focused technical. After clearing all rounds in 3 days I got call from HR and saying they want one more technical interview. The most scrapy things, this round is with a junior developer who is just college graduate and not able to ask the question and even he was not sure what he is asking. I got rejected . My advice to management .please scrap your whole team if you making a condidate rejected by college graduate . It doesn't make sense to clearing 5 technical rounds , they should cross check. Whole team need to introspection.
