First screening interview with internal recruiter before hiring manager interview, C-suite interview and final role play/presentation before decision. The process was laid out on the call with the internal recruiter, including how many stages there would be and an expectation on timelines. Salary expectations were also discussed at this point to align ahead of any potential offer at the end. Communication was very clear throughout and the process was slick and professional which I always think is a reflection of the culture and company values.

Entretien
Met with a recruiter for 30 mins, then the hiring manager for 45 mins, and then there was a presentation round with the hiring manager and CRO. After the 3 steps, I was made an offer.

Interview process was fantastic. Very well communicated and transparent on steps in process, who was involved, what would be involved etc. Most importantly, transparent - from the interview team as well as extended members I reached out to for further information etc.
