J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mazda North American Operations (New York, NY)
Entretien
Hiring process was typical. It took 2 months since I applied, slightly longer than I thought. 1 HR screening and 2 in person interviews. People are very nice and polite. I had quite a bit of interview experience and they are the first one that has the whole team replied to my “thank you” email and showed their appreciation genuinely. I wish more companies can interview people the way they do.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this role? And why are you interested in Mazda?

I applied online and got an email to set up a phone screen shortly after. The recruiter literally only asked me one question and spent the rest of the time pretty much reading the job description and asking if I was still interested. Then she moved me onto the next round, which was a video interview with the hiring manager. It honestly was such a waste of time because she asked me questions that I had no experience with and my resume didn't indicate that I had experience with these things either. I felt like if the recruiter had asked me more questions, she would've seen that I wasn't the right fit and could've saved us both from wasting our times and the uncomfortable silence that comes after "oh, no, I actually don't have experience in that..."
