The selection process I went through was the worst I have ever experienced. It lasted four months and involved phone and email interviews followed by one-hour interviews with two people. Even after all this, it seemed like they weren't satisfied. As a result, I was asked to work on designing prints for free, which required a lot of time and dedication. Once they received the work, they disappeared without any further communication. I had to chase after them to know the status of my application, only to be told that my "adventure" ended there, and no feedback was given. We went from having a personal dialogue to receiving a generic thank-you email, which I also had to follow up on. After a few months, I noticed that they had published work that looked remarkably similar to the prints I sent them during the selection process. This seems to suggest that they were not looking for candidates but for free "inspiration". Their human relations were very poor, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious employer.
