First they had me do a phone screen with a person. Then the lab principal interviewed me. Then they had an on site interview at Mayo Clinic lab It was good
They often already have a candidate in mind from internal hire. Doing interviews of external applicants usually out of formality and a waste of time from people whoa really are qualified
