The first round interview is a self-recorded HireVue interview that I was fortunately able to bypass, since I had just interviewed for Mayo Clinic Enterprise Traveler RN role with a job offer that I declined. I cannot attest to what questions were included on this portion of the interview. I then interviewed with an ICU unit supervisor who asked me some standard interview/behavioral questions that I had already prepared for. This was performed via Zoom interview, and I would not consider this to be a "long" interview. After the classic interview questions, I was given three clinical situations and asked to describe what was happening/what would need to be assessed/how I would handle said situation. I was offered a job by the interviewing supervisor at the end of the interview.

Online application, response from recruiter the next day. Then online OnDemand interview. Received phone call from recruiter the next week, and scheduled interview with unit manager the next day. HR to reach out after interview.
