I applied online and then had an interview with a recruiter. The questions were all ones listed on this website. It took probably about 1.5 hours and I heard back after 1 month.

The first round interview is a self-recorded HireVue interview that I was fortunately able to bypass, since I had just interviewed for Mayo Clinic Enterprise Traveler RN role with a job offer that I declined. I cannot attest to what questions were included on this portion of the interview.
I then interviewed with an ICU unit supervisor who asked me some standard interview/behavioral questions that I had already prepared for. This was performed via Zoom interview, and I would not consider this to be a "long" interview. After the classic interview questions, I was given three clinical situations and asked to describe what was happening/what would need to be assessed/how I would handle said situation. I was offered a job by the interviewing supervisor at the end of the interview.
