Interview process consisted of two zoom interviews. First was a screening interview with more general questions. Second interview was with team members and had more job specific questions. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Entretien
The first interview is a one way video call. They don't even want to have a real conversation with you because they feel that they're the only one who gets to decide. It felt one-sided and no opportunity to ask any questions about the role.
They ask you how you manage different projects and why you want to work there and you have to record it using their website.
The role was remote but they also asked if you would move to Rochester.
Never heard back, not even a rejection.
