The interview process consisted of On Demand interview recording of yourself and a panel interview with 4 people. They ask behavioral questions which seemed more like a conversation rather than behavioral.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I had two rounds: an initial OnDemand interview and then a panel Zoom interview. Each interviewer was friendly, prepared, Interview Questions: Most questions were behavioral (“Tell me about a time when…”) along with some role-specific scenarios. They literally give you a word, like "decisive" for example, and ask you to give an example of a time where you had to be decisive at work.
