Unprofessional recruiting process that started with the final round being delayed due to an “family emergency” followed by being ended with an email right before the rescheduled final round interview that the hiring process is being paused with no further explanation. I have asked the recruiter the reason behind the pause and was abruptly ghosted. Not recommending anyone with an ounce of self-respect to apply to this firm.
