Not bad. Pretty easy questions and process was standard. I thought connecting with the interviewer was easy, and everything went smoothly. The interviewer was helpful and insightful towards the company. I went through two rounds.

Entretien
I had a phone screen with the basic questions. Why MAXIMUS, how did I change someones mind, etc. Then I went into the Reston office and had a series of three interviews as well as a lunch with two other employees who had recently joined the team. Overall, a pleasant experience!
