First round was with a recruiter and second was with 2 managers, who I would have be working with directly

Entretien
Very causal quick interview process. Interviewer seemed very new to the job and wasn’t sure how to answer my questions. Interview questions weren’t difficult at all and received feedback immediately from the answers that I gave.
Application Submission- > 1st inerview (via online) -> 2nd interview (face to face) -> evaluation-> final notice, It was normal process and they were kind and shows respect to every candidates.

Can you share some of your biggest strengths and areas for improvement?
Very light and relaxed. Felt like a conversation! Be ready to ask as many questions as you are asked to keep the conversation going. Also, there were two rounds for my position.
