It’s was a group interview with about 5 candidates and a series of 3 questions each - same behavioral questions. Once answered, the interviewer transferred those who she felt to next phase to receive offer of employment. Very weird but it was only a smidgen of what was to come from working the 2 month project (supposed to be 6 months) before terminating.

They use the STAR method (situation ,task,action ,result) they want a story for every question. There are about 20 questions and two managers will conduct the interview. It doesn't matter how well you answer the questions if they like you your hired even if your really bad at interviews and if they don't like you you won't get the job even of you answered the questions like a pro.
