Spoke with David Ong at career fair who encouraged me to apply. Sent in a cover letter and resume. Initial interview was oncampus: one on one, behavioral based questions. Second interview was a group interview lasting two hours in Denver -- also behavioral based. Upon completion of interview I had lunch with a few employees there -- very casual. Company contacted me a few weeks later with offer.
