First interview with recruiter, then additonal interview with clinical manager. Both were easy enough. All over the phone (not sure if that is standard practice or Covid related)

Question 1
What type of RN skills do you have (trach, g-tube, vent, etc)? They don't care, necessarily, what you do and don't have. They just need to know what type of patient to place you with and if there is any additional training you may need.
Quick. Over the phone. Scheduled date to come into office. Provided availability and cases given based on that. Recruiter was pleasant but could tell she was new. One partial day of training was offered but I was told I could stay as long as I needed until I felt comfortable.

They made it very easy. It was brief very accessible, and I felt all my questions were answered. I feel overall it was a very good experience. There was a quick and easy online application that did not take very much time to complete at all, and it was very user-friendly.
