The recruiter never called to give a follow up of the progress of my application and nerver returned calls when he said he would. He acted in a very unprofessional and dishonest manner . He led me to believe things were going well and that he would contact me but never returned ONE call. I had to call him to several times and each time he gave me a different story about the progress of my application. I am disappointed with Maxim and will never deal with them again! STEP UP YOUR GAME GUYS!!!!!!

It was a quick and simple process. Got interviewed by the head RN and she was pleasant. Very comfortable and easy to talk to. Explained the company and the work environment, great company to apply for.

Did application on line, received phone call for interview, had 1:1, did paperwork, received job offer, had photo ID taken, received supplies since this was a per diem assignment and didn't have to come into the office, then waited for background check.
