First call received from corporate recruiter, then phone screen by branch accounts manage, then in-person interview with accounts manager, then "pit sit" where you shadow the senior recruiter for a couple hours, and then finally a social interview where you go out with the office to a restaurant of some sort to meet with the team. the social is really important because if you don't connect with them, then they'll go with someone else, even if your competition has less experience
