J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Maxim Healthcare (Pittsburgh, PA) en avr. 2012
Entretien
Two interviews - one with manager & the other was with the other recruiters. Both interviews were professional but it became unprofessional after I was declined a job offer. The two interviews went well and I got a bit over confident about the position so when I got the decline I was a bit unsure and upset. Now, I know they are busy at that office but if both parties contributed a good bit time in effort into the interview you can at least have the courtesy to give that quick two minute phone call rather then a pre-made, impersonal email that you also send to people who don't even get interviews. Overall good experience and good people but they could of be better with the decline.

Question 1
What is your greatest weakness and it can't be "I'm a perfectionist"?

Had a few rounds of interviews starting with phone, then two in person one with a panel, and finally one virtual. Each interview was a combination of experience and behavioral questions.
Phone screen, interview with manager, shadow for position, interview with area manager . Lots of steps for an entry level position. Lots of repetitiveness and same questions ask. Seems pretty redundant

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had multiple tasks to juggle at the same time. How did you balance getting these tasks completed
pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you'd be able to do the work and what your experience is like and whatnot. it's not stressful or intimidating at all.
