The wait was decent. There were also some tests given to applicants. Tests consists of a sort of IQ and personality tests. But it was not specific to the job, There was an initial interview done by HR. Once passed, then the manager of the specific job will interview next (usually a panel interview). If you did not pass the initial interview, you will be interviewed again by HR for a second chance.
