I applied for the job 1 month before I was finally called by a manager to come in for an interview. The interview was very easy, and the manager very friendly; I was offered a job the same day within 30 minutes of her interviewing me. I started that very same weekend.

filled out application and manager said there weren't any positions available at that time. The manager called a few weeks later for the interview. After the interview the manager then called a couple of weeks later to offer the position.
