I recently applied for the position of adventure guide with Maverik and had a fantastic interview experience. The manager noticed me while I was shopping in the store and knew I applied, so she scheduled the interview right then! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the conversation felt natural. I was offered the job during the interview and accepted it that day. Overall, it was a positive and efficient process.

Quick and painless process. Two interviews and filling out a survey and doing a background check. Basic questions and answers with scenarios explaining your actions. Paperwork took the longest time. Nothing special stood out.

The interview process was different from previous interviews I have had. Ingot a call back really quick about being accepted to the second interview and then received my employment phone call not long after that.
