Had 4 one on one zoon interviews. Each one they stressed their culture over merit and experience. They qpuld be hiring culture fits. I was also told in some of the interviews to seem more bubbly in the next one or ask this question in the next. Needless to say I declined moving forward as it wasn't a culture fit fo me.

It is a behavioral based interview. It is pretty laid back but they definitely ask questions that make you think. You can probably find a lot of the interview questions online.

Mavericks interview process was pretty straight forward. Asked about experience level and some examples and I asked about the work that would be expected. My problem was it was unclear of the direction of the company in the future.
