The pre interview process had many short mental maths questions. It was very time pressured but quite stimulating. A clear focus on performing under pressure whilst maintaining a good level of accuracy.

Great, to be honest. The people were all very kind, and The structure of the day was good, particularly the session talking to the current traders. Only potential downside was that there was a fair amount of sitting and waiting, which is a little awkward in a busy lobby where you don't know anyone.

Technical Questions, focused on probability. Market Making simulation
Video Interview with both technical and non-technical interviews. Asking personality and competencies as well as questions regarding the market, such as market making and motivations for this career path. Had about 5 questions with 30 seconds preparation time and 1.5 minutes answering time.
