Communication was the biggest problem of this process. I received an email asking for initial availability for a Zoom meeting. I provided my times but no one got back to me for two weeks by that time I had given up. Second interview request for availability for another zoom interview was on a Thursday asking about availability on the next Monday or Tuesday. Requestor did not get back to me until that Monday. Overall I am not sure I would want to work at a company with communications problems such as this.
Poor communication throughout the interview process. Applied for a position, and they contacted me a few weeks later wanting to schedule an interview. The person that scheduled the interview gave me incorrect information about the interview platform, so that was red flag #1. After the interview was over, the interviewer said that I would hear something by the end of that week either way. Never heard a thing - that was red flag #2. Three weeks go by of hearing nothing, so I finally contact them to find out what's going on because I hadn't heard anything and the job was still posted on their website. I get an email back and was told they have filled the position....yet the job had still been posted up until I told them the job was still on their website. So that was red flag #3 because who knows how many people were wasting their time applying for a job that was apparently already filled. Just a big waste of time and an unpleasant experience. Oh, and every email they send begins with "aloha" and end with "mahalo" - just so saccharine.
